Doing Business with Mercer (Purchasing Department)

Mercer County Community College purchases goods and services ranging from complex technology systems to paper clips; janitorial services to computer programming. In short, Mercer buys just about every commodity and service available.

Mercer purchases vary greatly; as such the vendor qualification process differs for the type and/or service that is being purchased. We welcome and highly encourage minority and women owned businesses to apply. All bids are published in The Times of Trenton.

Any vendor who wishes to do business with the College is asked to fax their company profile, including products/services, address, telephone/fax number and contact person to the Purchasing Department at (609) 570-3822.

The Purchasing Department maintains a vendor file which is often used as a resource when requesting vendor quotes for products/services.
