Tutor Matching Service
     (1-on-1 appointments, ideal for evening and weekends)

Tutor Matching Service is a platform MCCC uses to provide FREE one-on-one tutoring with MCCC tutors!

Students are allowed to book 1 one-hour TMS session daily (up to 3 sessions per week).

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Visit the Mercer County Community College TMS page: tutormatchingservice.com/mccc
  2. Select "Login/sign up" in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. Create a login by creating a TMS account (use your MCCC student email and create a password). Use this login information every time you come back to TMS for MCCC tutoring.
  4. Once signed in, use the filter on the left hand side to help find a tutor that meets your needs.
  5. Once you've found a tutor, click "View tutor" and then "Book or message *your tutor's name*"
  6. If your tutor has availability listed, you'll be able to select a time to book your tutor.
        -- If no time is available, you can suggest a time to meet with your tutor by clicking anywhere on the calendar.
        -- You can also skip this step and message your tutor if you have other questions you'd like to ask first.
  7. When booking a tutor, you will be asked to verify your school email address to book the session for free.
        -- TMS will send a verification email to your MCCC email address.
        -- Once you click the "verify" button in the email your account will be verified forever, and you

After you have booked a tutor, you will receive a confirmation email and message about your upcoming session containing the GoBoard link you will use to access the session.

Zoom (Drop-in, no appointment needed)

Please make sure to have a functioning microphone and enter your full name for display when entering Zoom. If you encounter the Waiting Room, please wait to be let into the main room as we help one student at a time.

Microsoft Teams ACE Study Groups (weekly non-mandatory)

ACE study groups are a form of free, non-mandatory supplemental instruction in which a study group meets weekly at a specific day and time and is hosted by one of our professional or master tutors on Microsoft Teams.
