Scholarships are financial awards that support a student's education which do not need to be repaid. Through the generosity of our donors and community organizations, Mercer County Community College and the MCCC Foundation make almost a million dollars available in scholarship funds annually to current and graduating students. Individuals and businesses in the community establish these scholarships to support a special purpose, honor someone, recognize an achievement, or remember a loved one through a memorial fund.
Every year, the MCCC Foundation has a number of scholarships available to award in all program areas. Scholarship award amounts vary. The application portal for MCCC Foundation Scholarships opens in February, and scholarship recipient selections begin in April. Whether you are a new, continuing or graduating student, you may be eligible for one or more scholarship opportunities. Some of our scholarships do not even require completion of the FAFSA!
