Students who are looking to change their Name, Address, or Social Security Number on file with MCCC will be asked to fill out the demographic change form.
The demographic change form gathers students personal information as well as lists the acceptable documents that can be used to make the changes.
If the form is filled out incorrectly, or proper documentation is not submitted, the Registrar's office may deny the request until proper documentation is submitted with the form.
Students will need to submit one form and piece of documentation per demographic change.
Students who are looking to change their major during their time at MCCC are required to fill out a change of major form. The change of major form can be obtained by talking with an Advisor (formerly Success Coach) or a Faculty Advisor as you begin the process.
The advisor will walk the student through what changing majors would look like, and what needs to be done to make the change. They will assist you in completing the form and then will send it to the Registrar's office for processing.
Any major change that is sent to the Registrar after the add/drop period has ended will be completed for the upcoming semester.
If the form is filled out incorrectly, or is not complete, the Registrar's office may deny the major change request until the form is completed properly.
