Transcript order status can be viewed at any time by logging into your Parchment account.
Processing time - Most eTranscripts will be processed the same day as ordered. Once an eTranscript order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or changed. If you attended prior to 1980 your order may require additional processing time.
eTranscript eligibility - Students with holds will not have their transcript released, and may be prevented from placing an order.
Student responsibility - Students must provide a complete and verified e-mail address for the recipient. The Records Office is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the e-mail address provided. Students should verify that recipient will accept an eTranscript before ordering.
Delivery method - eTranscripts are issued in a digital PDF format that must be picked up by the recipient within 30 days.
Note: We do not send transcripts by fax. The quickest method to deliver a transcript is by choosing the eTranscript option.
Document security - The eTranscript is passcode protected, and has an embedded blue ribbon certified electronic signature.
Only the intended recipient will be able to open the eTranscript. If the original recipient forwards the email, the new recipient will not be able to open the eTranscript.
If the recipient saves the eTranscript, the transcript will lose the embedded digital signature, and at that point the eTranscript will become unofficial.
The eTranscript has a distinct look that differs from the traditional paper transcript.
Cost - $5.00 per transcript
Refund - Refunds will not be issued for eTranscripts due to the near real-time processing and delivery of the orders.
Attachments - At this time, the Records Office will not accept attachments to accompany an eTranscript order. If you wish to send an attachment, please send it separately to the recipient.
