The Next Step Nursing Fund assist students who need financial assistance to pay for the licensing exam (NCLEX), license application, and other expenses associated with entering the nursing profession. The costs can be up to $500 per student and are incurred during their last semester of nursing school.

Nursing Program APPLICATION

The application period for the Spring 2026 semester is closed. Applications to begin the professional phase of the nursing education in Fall 2026 will be open March 15th, 2026 – April 15th, 2026.

Attendance at session mandatory for admission to professional phase of nursing education program. Sessions last about two hours.

Saturday, January 31st at 3pm
Friday, February 27th at 1pm
Saturday, March 7th at 1pm

All applicants to the professional phase of the Nursing Education program must attend a Nursing Information Session. Students are encouraged to attend as early in their course of study as possible.
