Faculty and Advisors

Liberal Arts

After your first semester when you rely on the advisors in Student Services to register, you should contact your Faculty Advisor in the Liberal Arts Program for insight from someone who knows the program very well. You can find your Faculty Advisor by checking on your MCCC Student Portal.

If you do not have an assigned Faculty Advisor, contact our Liberal Arts Senior Executive Assistant Debra Stotland ( stotland@mccc.edu) and she will assign one for you. Also helpful for Liberal Arts advisement are Success Coaches Emanuel Medina ( medinae@mccc.edu) and Eugene Mok ( moke@mccc.edu).

As you and your advisor work together to choose the best courses for you each semester, the guides at right will help. The map on our advising guide is set up for a 4-semester, 2-year completion plan; if you prefer to take less than 15 credits a semester, refer to the alternate program maps.
