The New Jersey Department of Education’s Career and Technical Education Partnership (CTEP) Grant Program The Office of Career and Technical Education (OCTE) provides leadership for the state’s career and technical education system. The OCTE also administers funding provided under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006. Mercer County College Career Technical Education Partnership (CTEP) works closely with the New Jersey Department of Education, Office Career and Technical Education. 

Career and Technical Education prepares students to succeed as global citizens for career opportunities for the 21st Century and to support healthy economic growth within the state.
