1. There are two different books offered in the library for this course.  Which is the right one?

Answer: Either one is good for this course.  The extended edition includes volume one and volume two for those who would like to take the subsequent courses, PHY 215 and PHY 225.

2. What is WileyPLUS and will it be used in the course?

Answer: WileyPLUS is a website provided by the publisher of the book to support teaching and learning of the book.  It provides detailed material to supplement the lecture.  It is highly recommended.  Details can be found in the WileyPLUS Information Sheet.

3. Is this course transferable?

Answer: yes, it is.  It is also equivalent to the previously offered PHY 107 plus PHY 108.

4. What should be the next course to take?

Answer: the next courses in this University Physics sequence are PHY 215.
