Fall 2021 Reopening

President’s Reopening Message

Dear MCCC Family,

Classes at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) will resume in person on September 7. We have prepared this reopening guide to answer your questions and address your concerns. This plan is comprehensive, with four sections that cover all aspects of college life. Still, there will be updates as we move forward. Our guide will be updated frequently with the latest information, so please check this webpage regularly.

As part of our reopening preparation, we strongly encourage you to get your COVID-19 vaccine if you have not already done so. Vaccination is the best way for us to protect the health of students, faculty, staff, friends, and visitors to our campuses. There are many vaccine locations throughout New Jersey. For appointment locations and information, click here.

Whether you are a new student or a continuing student who has spent the past year learning remotely, be assured that our faculty and staff are ready to provide a safe and constructive in-person learning environment. Registration is underway. For answers to your academic and financial questions, visit us at

We are committed to a full return to college life, where students thrive in the classroom and enjoy extracurricular activities that enrich them academically and personally. This will be a cooperative effort, one will require patience, understanding and mutual respect. Working together, we will learn lessons that go far beyond the classroom. I am excited that you will be joining us on this journey.
