This year’s topic “From Equity Talk to Equity Walk: Moving from Intent to Practice,” will focus on how to build a shared understanding of the importance of educational equity, and the collective responsibility for creating a culture of mutual belonging and equal opportunities for success. The session will address practical strategies for equity goals based on national projects focused on student success and outlined in the book From Equity Talk to Equity Walk. The intent is to foster a deeper understanding of equity issues in higher education by utilizing resources to create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment.
