West Windsor –- The Mercer County Community College (MCCC) Board of Trustees has announced the start of the search for the college’s seventh president, following Dr. Jianping Wang’s decision to retire next summer.
The MCCC Presidential Search Committee will work with R H Perry & Associates, a national higher education search firm, to identify candidates and select finalists. The search committee is comprised of MCCC faculty, staff, students, Board members, and key community and MCCC Foundation stakeholders.
The college community will have an opportunity to meet and learn more about the finalists at open forums in March. Finalists will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees, which will select and hire the next president from that group.
More information about the presidential search and the Presidential Leadership Profile is available on the MCCC Presidential Search webpage. For best consideration, applications and nomination should be received by December 13, 2021.
