WEST WINDSOR, NJ – The Mercer County Community College (MCCC) Jazz Band will be spreading cheer leading up to the holidays through a series of free concerts, culminating with the band’s traditional winter concert in Kelsey Theatre.
The MCCC Jazz Band, directed by Scott Hornick, features MCCC students, faculty, and special guests, and will present a varied program that includes the works of Cedar Walton, Herbie Hancock, Bart Howard, Charles Trenet, Arthur Johnston, Stevie Wonder, Dee Lite, The B-52’s and more. All selections feature standout improvisations by MCCC jazz students.
