Randolph, NJ-Mercer softball moved to 17-0 following a 17-0 Game 1 win at County College of Morris. Sophomore Angelina Guida (Monroe, NJ/Monroe Twp.) had a huge game, going 4 for 4 with two doubles, a home run and six RBIs. Sophomore Emily Wyzykowski (Eastampton, NJ/Rancocas Valley) had a home run and 4 RBIs and sophomore Kelci O’Dell (Wrightstown, NJ/Northern Burlington) went 3 for 5 with 2 RBIs. Freshman Stella Logan (Trenton, NJ/Allentown HS) had a home run and two RBIs and sophomore Madison Jobes (Roebling, NJ/Florence Twp. Memorial) and freshman Arianna Acevedo (Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton West) each went 2 for 4 in the win. Freshman pitcher Jozalyn Sheipe-Warthen (Mount Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley) moved to 11-0 on the season and had four strikeouts in five innings.
