Newton, NJ-Mercer softball moved to 17-0 following a 15-2 Game 1 win at Sussex County CC (1-8). Freshman Stella Logan (Trenton, NJ/Allentown HS) went 2 for 4 with a home run and 4 RBIs and sophomore Angelina Guida (Monroe, NJ/Monroe Twp.) was 3 for 4 with a double and RBI. Sophomore Emily Wyzykowski (Eastampton, NJ/Rancocas Valley) went 2 for 4 with a triple and RBI and freshman Jozalyn Sheipe-Warthan (Mount Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley) went 2 for 4 with 3 RBIs and moved to 10-0 on the season.
