West Windsor, NJ-Mercer softball beat Raritan Valley 11-3 in five innings in Game 1 of their doubleheader. Freshman Jozalyn Sheipe-Warthen (Mount Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley) went 3 for 3 with 3 RBIs and also had nine strikeouts in five innings. Sophomore Emily Wyzykowski (Easthampton, NJ/Rancocas Valley) had a home run and 2 RBIs and sophomore Makenna Spak (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) had a double and 2 RBIs in the Game 1 win.
