West Windsor, NJ-Mercer women’s basketball fell to 7-3 following a 77-76 loss vs Lackawanna College (8-4). The Vikings lost on a layup off a put back with five seconds left. Sophomore Gabriella Ross (Lakehurst, NJ/Monsignor Donovan Catholic) scored 27 points and sophomore Jada Queen (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Catholic Academy) had a triple double with 18 points, 18 rebounds and 10 steals. Freshman Zaakirah Edwards (Philadelphia, PA/Mastery Charter) added 16 points and five assists in the loss.
The Vikings next host Camden County College (10-2) for a 5:00 PM game on Thursday, December 12th.
