West Windsor, NJ-Mercer women’s basketball (12-5) routed SUNY Orange (3-15) 84-22. Sophomore Gabriella Ross (Lakehurst, NJ/Monsignor Donovan) led the Vikings with 22 points and freshman Alexandra Garcia Galan (Barcelona, Spain) added 20 points, five assists and four steals. Freshman Zaakirah Edwards (Philadelphia, PA/Mastery Charter) had eleven points and four points and sophomore Jhava Wilson (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Central) had nine points. Sophomore Lia Sekhniashvili (Madrid, Spain /American School of Madrid) added seven points, nine rebounds, four assists and three blocks in the win.
The Vikings next host Del Tech (0-11) at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 28th.
