Mercer baseball (8-2) was shut out 0-10 in Game 2 of their doubleheader at Harford CC (10-5). The Vikings managed just one hit in their second loss of the 2024 season.
Sophomore pitcher Matteo Gravano (Palmyra, NJ/Palmyra HS) had three strikeouts in one inning of relief work. Freshman Joey Socorro (West Deptford, NJ/West Deptford) had the lone Viking hit of the game.
The Vikings next travel to Monroe College (5-10) for a 12:00 PM doubleheader on Saturday, March 9th.
