Hampton, VA-Mercer baseball (11-6) lost Game of their doubleheader vs Bryant & Stratton (12-14) 7-6. Freshman Jordan Raba (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) went 3 for 4 with a double and RBI and sophomore Eddison Ramos (Providence, RI/E Cubed Academy) was 1 for 2 with a home run. Freshman Ryan Kochie (Wrightstown, NJ/Northern Burlington) went 2 for 3 with an RBI and freshman Shaniel Maldonado (Trenton, NJ/St. Benedict’s) had a double and RBI). Freshman Matt Juliano (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) and sophomore Joey Socorro (West Deptford, NJ/West Deptford HS) each added an RBI in the win.
Mercer next travels to CC of Morris (12-5) for a 3:00 PM game on Friday, March 21st in their first Region game of the season.
