Women's Basketball Player Garcia Galan Named Second Team All-Conference
Freshman women’s basketball player Alexandra Garcia Galen (Barcelona, Spain) was named Second Team All-GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference) announced this week. Garcia Galen averaged 13.1 points per game along with 5.2 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game. Garcia Galan had 124 assists in 24 games, which was 37th most in NJCAA Division II women’s basketball.
Garcia Galan shot 46.5% from the field and helped lead the Vikings to a 17-7 record and to their first playoff appearance in 14 years.
