Men's Soccer Player Nkamanyi Named GSAC Player of the Week

Men’s soccer player Teddy Nkamanyi (Cologne, Germany/Gesamtschule Duisburg Mitte) was named the GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference) Player of the Week for the week of September 4 ^th-10 ^th.  Nkamanyi helped the Vikings go 2-0 last week after starting the season 1-4-1.  The sophomore forward had two goals in a 5-0 win at Middlesex and another two goals in a 3-2 win vs RCSJ-Gloucester.  Nkamanyi has eight goals in six games this season and his eight goals were tied for fifth best in NJCAA Division II soccer.  Nkamanyi also has 19 points this season, which is ninth best in points in the nation.

Nkamanyi had a goal earlier this week in the Vikings 1-1 tie vs Harford.  The forward will look to lead the Vikings to their fourth win of the season when they travel to Carroll CC on Saturday, September 16th.
