Men's Soccer Player Joao Delgado Named GSAC Player of the Week
Men’s soccer player Joao Delgado (Sao Paolo, Brazil/Dr. Alfredo Cardoso) was named the GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference) Men’s Soccer DII Player of the Week for the week ending October 13th.
The sophomore forward helped Mercer to their seventh straight win with two goals and an assist in a 4-0 win at Georgian Court JV on Wednesday, October 9th. Delgado also had a goal in Mercer's 6-0 win vs Howard CC on Monday, October 7th.
MCCC men’s soccer is 11-2-1 on the season and received votes for the NJCAA DII Top 20 National Poll this week.
