Baseball Player Perez Named GSAC Player of the Week, Errigo Named GSAC Pitcher of the Week

Sophomore baseball player Jalen Perez (Chesapeake, VA/Western Branch HS) was named the GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference) Player of the Week and sophomore pitcher Dan Errigo (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy) was named the GSAC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 2 ^nd.

Errigo tossed a complete game in a 10-3 win vs Del Tech.  In nine innings, Errigo had 4 strikeouts, 0 walks and allowed just 3 runs to earn his second win of the season.  Errigo is 2-0 with a 3.38 ERA and 25 strikeouts in 32 innings pitched.

Perez hit .411 last week with 3 doubles, 3 RBIs, 6 runs and a home run.  In a 10-3 win vs Del Tech, Perez went 3 for 6 with 2 doubles and 3 runs.  The shortstop is batting .337 with a .500 on base percentage and has 9 doubles and 10 stolen bases on the season.
