All-Academic Teams Spring 2024

Forty two student athletes earned All-Region Academic honors for a GPA of 3.2 or higher for the Spring 2024 semester.  Fifty one student athletes earned All-Conference All-Academic honors for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher in the Spring 2024 semester.

 

Men’s soccer had eleven student athletes earn All-Region All-Academic honors: sophomores Felipe Nazario (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Fundaco Bradesco Campinas), Teddy Nkamanyi (Cologne, Germany/Gesamtschule Duisburg Mitte) and Naoya Obata (Nishitokyo, Japan/Austin Heights International School) and freshmen Kaleb Christmas (Canaan, Trinidad and Tobago/Signal Hill School), Max Furrer (Freiburg, Germany/Marie-Curie Gymnasium), Frederico Gainotti (Parma, Italy/Giondomenico Romagnosi), Marcin Gniadzik (Piensk, Poland/Braci Sniadeckich), Lesedi Hlabeli (Guateng, South Africa/Redford House Blue Hills), Joao Lourenco (Belo Horizonte, Brazil/Cesec Murilo Mendes), Diego Orquiz (Chihuahua, Mexico/Valle de Mexico) and Francesco Quintavalla (Parma, Italy/Convitto Nazionale Maria Luigia).

 

Ten baseball players earned All-Region All-Academic honors: freshmen Don Gallagher (Stockton, NJ/South Hunterdon), Slade Harrill (New Eygpt, NJ/Allentown), Connor Parsons (Burlington, NJ/Burlington Township) and Jake Pope (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert), and sophomores Colin Bernhard (Florence, NJ/Florence Twp. Memorial), Joe Dimino (Millstone, NJ/Allentown HS), Torin McKenzie (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham), Ryan Mignogna (Ewing, NJ/Notre Dame),  Ryan Ulisse (Columbus, NJ/Holy Cross), and Evrin Virola (Edison, NJ/Edison HS).

 

Seven men’s lacrosse players earned All-Region All-Academic honors: sophomores Izzy Miranda (Tampa, FL/Tampa Catholic), Braden Travaglini (Berlin, NJ/Eastern Regional), and Tyler Unkert (Milford, NJ/Delaware Valley Regional) and freshmen Patrick DeLuca (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert), Liam Halloran (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury), Nolan Halloran (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) and Trevor Malik (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert).

 

Seven women’s soccer players earned All-Region All-Academic honors: sophomores Hannah Worrell (Florence, NJ/Florence Twp. Memorial) and Victoria Woodruff (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) and freshmen Carley Krajcsovics (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert), Sarah Kircher (Celle, Germany/Hermann Billung Gymnasium), Laura Kucharz (Singen, Germany/Friedrich Wohler Gymnasium), Annika Maringer (Asperg, Germany/Gymnasium IB) and Sierra Mitchell (Ewing, NJ/Ewing HS).

 

Five softball players earned All-Region All-Academic honors: sophomore Shea Krebs (Robbinsville, NJ/Robbinsville HS) and freshmen Izzy Bonacci (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert), Angelina Guida (Monroe, NJ/Monroe Twp.), Makenna Spak (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) and Emily Wyzykowski (Westampton, NJ/Rancocas Valley).

 

Two women’s tennis players earned All-Region All-Academic honors: sophomore Valeria Vargas (Valencia, Venezuela/Instituto Santa Cruz) and freshman Jessica Buker (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert).  Two men’s tennis players earned All-Region All-Academic honors: freshmen Rasheam Johnson (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Central) and Joseph Wong (Lawrence, NJ/Lawrence HS).

 

An additional nine student athletes earned All-Conference All-Academic honors for Spring 2024 for having a GPA of 3.0 or higher.  Four baseball players earned All-Conference All-Academic honors: sophomores Wyatt Baker (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) and Ryan Conover (Hamilton, NJ/Notre Dame) and and freshmen and Lukas Mullen (Newtown, PA/Council Rock North) and Collin Williams (Newtown, PA/Council Rock North).  Women’s soccer players freshmen Celina Oliveira (Villa Praia de Ancara, Portugal/Escola Basica e Secoudario Do Vale Do Ancura) and Samia Quizpi (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) both earned All-Conference All-Academic honors.  Sophomore men’s soccer player Omolemo Matla (Vereeniging, South Africa/Waterstone College), freshman men’s basketball player Joe Lemley (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) and freshman softball player Jessica Adams (Levittown, PA/Harry S Truman) also earned All-Conference All-Academic honors.

 

Four student athletes earned President’s List honors for having a 4.0 GPA for the spring 2024 semester.  Baseball players Torin McKenzie and Ryan Ulisse, softball player Makenna Spak and men’s soccer player Naoya Obata all earned President’s List honors for Spring 2024.
