Princeton Invitational @ West Windsor Fields

Mercer women's cross country finished 9th out of 10 scoring teams at the Princeton Invitational Open Race at the West Windsor Fields. The meet primarily featured NCAA Division I schools. All 10 Viking runners ran their best 6k times of the season at this meet. Sophomore Diana Taveras (East Windsor, NJ/Hightstown) led the Vikings with a 63rd place finish in 26:54. Freshman Cai-Cai Hahn (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor South) was 71st in 27:33 and freshman Hixlayne Cuetia-Rodriguez (Plainsboro, NJ/West Windsor South) was 72nd in 27:47. Freshman Rachael Wilson (East Windsor, NJ/Hightstown) was the 4th Viking runner placing 83rd in 29:50 and sophomore Karizma Brown (Lawrenceville, NJ/Lawrence) was 85th in 30:32. Freshman Marissa Scott (Lawrenceville, NJ/Lawrence) 87th in 32:06 and freshman Jerlin Fernandez (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) 88th in 32:52 rounded out the Vikings' top 7 at the Princeton Invitational.
