Mercer women's soccer moved to 7-1 on the season with a big Region win over Essex 1-0.  Sophomore Janine Dennis (St. Andrews, Jamaica/The Queens School) scored the lone goal of the game off an assist from freshman Toni Catelli (Allentown, NJ/Allentown).  Freshman goalkeeper Shaunice Palms (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) had seven saves in her sixth shutout of the year.
