Mercer women's basketball lost a close battle with Genesee (NY) 65-67 in their final game of the CCRI Invitational hosted by the Community College of Rhode Island.  Freshman Jhava Wilson (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Central) led all scorers with 28 points and sophomore Amirah Terry (Wrightstown, NJ/Northern Burlington) had 10 points and 7 rebounds.  Freshman Shaunice Palms (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) had 8 points and 5 rebounds, freshman Mary Kate Madonia (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) had 7 points and 4 assists and freshman Shanice Barnes (Plainsboro, NJ/West Windsor South) added 6 points and 6 rebounds in the loss.
