Mercer softball moved to 17-7 following another set of weekend doubleheader wins.  In Game 1, the Vikings beat Nassau 14-1 in five innings.  Freshman pitcher Megan Mount (Frenchtown, NJ/Delaware Valley Regional) struck out 8 in five innings for her second win of the year.  Sophomore Dana Knapp (Langhorne, PA/Neshaminy) went 2 for 2 with a home run and 3 RBIs.  Freshman Kristen Cheesman (Clinton, NJ/North Hunterdon) went 2 for 4 with 3 runs and 2 RBIs and freshman Jennifer Walker (Levittown, PA/Neshaminy) had 3 hits in the win.  Freshmen Casey Murphy (Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough) and Bailey Ferrara (Frenchtown, NJ/Delaware Valley Regional) and sophomore Lyndsey Buckley (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) each had an RBI in the win.  Freshman Rachael Levach (Burlington, NJ/Florence Twp. Memorial) had an RBI and sophomore Kelly Murphy (Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough) added 2 hits in the win.
