Mercer baseball (34-10) split their doubleheader vs. Harford, MD, who was currently ranked #15 in NJCAA Division I Baseball.  In Game 1, the Vikings won 6-3.  Sophomore pitcher Brandon Garret (Levittown, PA/Pennsbury East) struck out nine in seven innings to move to 6-1 on the season.  Sophomore James Rice (Middlesex, NJ/Immaculata) went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 RBIs and freshman Angel Garced (Jackson, NJ/Jackson Liberty) was 3 for 4 with 2 RBIs.  Sophomores Shane Monahan (Levittown, PA/Truman) and Joe Santospago (Doylestown, PA/Archbishop Wood) both added an RBI in the win.
