Mercer baseball opened up the 2015 season with a 1-5 loss to Danville, IL in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Freshman Geggie Russomagno (Whitehouse Station, NJ/Hunterdon Central) went 3 for 3 with a double and RBI in the loss.  Sophomore pitcher Matt Gall (Shamong, NJ/Seneca) had 4 strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings in the loss.  Sophomore David Osnato (Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton West) went 2 for 4 and sophomores Brandon Kirk (Yardville, NJ/Hamilton West) and Joe Santospago (Doylestown, PA/Archbishop Wood) each had a double in the loss.
