Mercer softball (14-2) softball won Game 2 of their doubleheader at Cumberland 18-4.  Sophomore Laura Gould (Burlington, NJ/Burlington Twp.) went 4 for 5 with two doubles, 3 runs and an RBI and freshman Rachel Taylor (Hamilton, NJ/Northern Burlington) went 3 for 5 with two doubles and 2 RBIs.  Freshman Carly Bailey (Clarksburg, NJ/Allentown) went 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs and 4 runs and sophomore Alexa Spak (Chesterfield, NJ/Notre Dame) was 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs and 3 runs.  Sophomore Tori Carpenter (Mount Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley) went 3 for 5 with a double, RBI and 3 runs.  Freshman Alisha Patel (Burlington, NJ/Burlington Twp.) had two hits and 2 RBIs and sophomore Jenny Miller (Trenton, NJ/Steinert) had a double and 2 RBIs in the win.
