Mercer baseball (25-3) needed 9 innings in Game 2 to beat Burlington 4-3.  Sophomore pitcher Ben Stine (Lebanon, NJ/North Hunterdon) struck out 8 in 8 innings and freshman pitcher Nate Vahedi (Philadelphia, PA/JR Masterman) threw one shutout inning to get his first win of the year.  Freshman Brandon Kirk (Yardville, NJ/Hamilton West) went 3 for 5 with a triple and 2 RBIs and freshman Shane Monahan (Levittown, PA/Truman) added an RBI in the win.
