Mercer baseball moved to 17-1 on the season with a Game 2 win over Rockland, NY, 8-0.  Freshman David Osnato (Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton West) went 3 for 4 with home run and 2 RBIs and freshman Jack Young (Kendall Park, NJ/South Brunswick) went 3 for 3 with an RBI and run.  Sophomore Mark Tomei (South Plainfield, NJ/South Plainfield) went 3 for 4 with an RBI and freshman Shane Monahan (Levittown, PA/Truman) was 2 for 3 with a double and RBI.  Sophomore pitcher Ben Stine (Lebanon, NJ/North Hunterdon) struck out 7 batters in 7 innings and moved to 3-0 on the season.
