Myrtle Beach, SC -

Mercer baseball (11-4) beat Florence-Darlington Tech (SC) 3-0 in their second game of a doubleheader in Myrtle Beach.  Sophomore pitcher Andrew DiPiazza (Bayville, NJ/Central Regional) struck out ten in seven scoreless innings.  Sophomore Sid Kumar (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor North) had a home run and 2 RBIs and sophomore Nick Dabrio (Jackson, NJ/Jackson Memorial) added an RBI.  Sophomores Erik Bowren (Doylestown, PA/Archbishop Wood) and Anthony Peroni (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) each had two hits in the win.
