Mercer baseball lost Game 2 of their doubleheader vs Monroe (Bronx) 6-7.  The Vikings trailed 3-7 after three innings and rallied to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th, falling just short of a comeback win.   Sophomore Tyler Thomas (Vero Beach, FL/Vero Beach) had 2 RBIs and freshman Collin Sheehan (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West) went 2 for 3 with an RBI and 2 runs.  Freshman Domenic Boselli (Ventnor City, NJ/Holy Spirit) went 2 for 3 with an RBI and sophomore Jimmy Versage (Cape May Court House, NJ/Middle Township) had a double and RBI.  Freshman Trevor Wagner (Beachwood, NJ/Toms River South) struck out the side in an inning of relief work in the loss.
