Mercer baseball (25-8) got back on the winning track with a sweep of Del Tech Owens in a Region doubleheader.  The Vikings won Game 1, 12-2 in seven innings.   Sophomore Gabriel Castillo (Yonkers, NY/HS for Environmental Studies) went 3 for 5 with a home run and 3 RBIs and sophomore Anthony Peroni (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 RBIs.  Sophomore pitcher Dennis Brady (Vineland, NJ/Buena) struck out nine in six innings and moved to 5-0 on the season.  Freshman Alejandro Vazquez (Miami, FL/Miami Coral Park) had 2 hits and 2 RBIs and sophomore Erik Bowren (Doylestown, PA/Archbishop Wood) added 2 RBIs.  Freshman Sean McGeehan (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham) went 2 for 4 with a RBI and 2 runs in the win.
