Mercer baseball opened the 2014 season with a pair of wins at Harford.  In Game 1, sophomore Heath Fillmyer (Roebling, NJ/Florence Twp.) picked up his first win of the season, throwing 3 shutout innings.  Sophomore Joe DiGiovanni (Ringoes, NJ/Hunterdon Central) got the first Vikings save of the year, striking out 4 over 3 innings.  Sophomore Steven Todd (Millstone, NJ/Allentown) and freshman Joe Santospago (Doylestown, PA/Archbishop Wood) each had an RBI in the win and sophomore Mark Tomei (South Plainfield, NJ/South Plainfield) added a triple and run scored.
