C++ Certificate Program

Our series of three hands-on courses will provide a progression of topics, from basic object-oriented programming practices to advanced techniques, using C++. Courses are 30 hours each and require additional time for project work outside of class. Textbooks are required. Details will be available upon registration.

You will learn to:

  • Create, compile and run C++ programs for a broad range of applications
  • Write and understand C++ language constructs and syntax
  • Define and write classes to produce reusable code
  • Design and build reusable software components
  • View problem solutions as a set of interacting objects
  • Solve problems with abstract data types
  • Use advanced inheritance features

To earn a certificate, you must satisfactorily complete the following three Fundamentals of C++ core courses:

Fundamentals of C++ Introductory Level
Fundamentals of C++ Intermediate Level
Fundamentals of C++ Advanced Level
