The New Pathways to Teaching in New Jersey provides an Alternate Route to Teaching for those who already have a Bachelor's degree or higher and did not complete a traditional teacher preparation program. For early childhood educators working in child care centers and preschools, the Child Care Career Development Certificate is here to assist you. The completion of all courses within this program satisfies the educational component for obtainign a Child Devlopment Associate (CDA) credential. This popular program is American Montessori Society (AMS) affiliated and is accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE.)
