The Center for Continuing Studies offers a variety of fitness and recreation classes each semester. In addition, the popular Personal Training Certificate is running for those interested in getting into this growing field.

Bicycle Maintenance
It's never too early to get ready for springtime! This course will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of maintaining a bicycle. Through hands-on experience, you will learn how to change a flat tire, as well as clean, lubricate, and adjust/repair the major bicycle components including the brakes, derailleurs, gears, wheels, tires and other parts.

Classes will be held at Bicycle Rack, Route 33 & Airport Rd., Hightstown, NJ 08520.
Cost: $70 (tuition $45, administrative fee $25)
