If you answer yes to one or more of the above, it's time to make real choices about how and when to spend your time. Every minute of your day impacts the business. Negotiating to Win

Gain the skills, insights and competencies required in all negotiations; in every industry and at every level. Whether you are allocating resources for a project, funding a new initiative or establishing a supply chain for a new product or service, negotiation is inevitably at the heart of the process. Few people understand the structure, techniques and approaches available to them as they seek to positively influence an outcome. This hands-on seminar provides a step-by-step guide to effective negotiation. You will identify the problem, understand it from the other's perspective, find general alternative solutions and select a solution that benefits both sides. All parties need each other to achieve their goals. Negotiation focuses on solving the problem and closing the gap between what both parties want. Learn how to do it effectively. 1.5 CEU. Cost: $280

Salespeople have increased their productivity by attending AMA’s most popular professional sales training seminar. Business Writing for Success

AMA’s 3-Day Business Writing Workshop: Use our specially developed business writing class
Never underestimate the power of professional writing. With text messaging, chain-emails, Twitter and Instagram, writing content has become quick, punchy and informal. That delivery, when transposed into business communication methods, can sound terse, unprofessional and grammatically flawed. This workshop strengthens professional writing style through instruction on clarity, tone, grammatical insight, peer and instructor review, in-class assignments and writing style discussions. Come away from this class with the tools you need to develop internal and external business memos/announcements, corporate emails and cover letters. 0.6 CEUs Cost: $85
